bout me and how I fell in love with Ibiza
As a teen, I danced through Pacha Ibiza’s Dance Workout, dreaming of Ibiza holidays. With my first job, a friend and I snagged a cheap deal. We went to Privilege and Zoo Project but only stayed at San Antonio Beach.
Ibiza divides, what doesn’t belong together. At least that’s what the girl I met told me, after my friend suddenly didn’t want to talk to me anymore.
There was nothing I could do anymore. I had to decide, do you want to sit in the hotel and be sad or do you want to make the most out of your situation? I always wanted to come here, so I decided to do it on my own.
With a new found confidence, I explored the island myself and had one of the best experiences in my life. I booked a boat trip to Cala Comte, went to Playa Pinet, managed to get free entry tickets for Es Paradis and Space Ibiza. Additionally, I found myself mingling and dancing with hen parties at Plastik.
I took the last bus from San Antonio to the Airport and while I sat there, tired, alone and having to wait another 6 hours before check-in, I thought a place to share tips and maybe meet new people would be great. Others that would have similar experiences might not feel as lonely as I felt and would dare to explore the island themselves as well. Thus, Ibiza Heartbeat Community was born.
What began as sharing holiday blues and tips soon morphed into a family. Yet, I learned not all was sunshine—scams plagued many.
I heard from people that got scammed with club tickets or villa rentals and they all ended up in my inbox, looking for help.
Every year it was the same. People saved money to have a great time and then didn’t get the experience they had hoped for. Many were also on a strict budget and it hurt to see, that they couldn’t enjoy their holidays, as they should have.
Determined to change the narrative, I wanted to offer not just love for Ibiza, but safe, secure experiences. With over a decade of Ibiza knowledge and the stories of 60k individuals, I aim to help you create unforgettable memories and fall in love with Ibiza, just as we have.

What Services do you offer?
I can help you get anything you want and need in Ibiza. Not all services are listed. Please get in touch with me for any specific needs or interests you have.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via Stripe.
Some excursions, boat trips or transportations, you can pay a deposit via Stripe and pay the rest in cash before your trip starts. I’ll let you know about the options when booking.
Are there any additional fees or taxes?
All prices are end prices.
The only time it isn’t, is for some boats, where you’ll pay extra for your fuel. The costs are transparent on my page but before booking, I’ll let you know about it. No surprises after your trip!
How do I get from the airport to my Villa/Hotel?
I’m happy to sort out transportation for you.
The Bus station is on the right hand side. For a couple euros, you can get a bus.
There are taxis as well but prepare for a longer waiting time.
Can you help me plan my Stag/Hen Do?
Yes, of course!
I work with plenty of great venues, where we can plan fun things to celebrate your hen/stag do. Please get in touch with me to brainstorm what you’re interested in.
When's the best time to travel to Ibiza?
Season starts end of April and ends around mid/end of October.
If you want to explore Ibiza’s clublife, excursions and cuisine, it’s best to come during summer Season.
If you want to relax, hike and explore places you’ve not seen yet because it is always too hot, I recommend coming in the winter months – my personal favorite is October/November.
Where's best to stay in Ibiza?
In Ibiza, there’s something for everybody.
If you only want to go to the Superclubs, I recommend Playa d’en Bossa.
If you’re looking for Party but also want to enjoy the sunset, restaurants, bars and Day Clubs – San Antonio is best.
You want to explore Ibiza’s history, want to be around many LGBTQA+ places, want to be close to the party but also want to experience great restaurants and shops – Eivissa or Figueretes is great.
You’re a family, couple or simply want to have a more laid back holiday but still want to have a vibrant city to stroll around , choose Santa Eulalia!
You want peace and harmony, have amazing beaches around you and want to catch the hippie spirit? Places like Es Canar or Portinax are the right one for you!
Villas
I couldn't find a villa I like.
No worries. Although there are over 300 available villas, there might not the right one for you just yet.
Please get in touch with me. The shown villas are only a selection and I’m happy to check with my network, if there are other suitable options for you.
Is there a minimum stay requirement for villa bookings?
Most Villas are only rented out weekly, Saturday to Saturday.
For a fee, shorter stays are possible but not with all Villas.
Please get in touch with me and we can try to figure out a solution.
Can I request additional services such as a private chef or childcare?
Yes! Please let me know all your needs and I can sort it out for you.
Why can't I book a villa directly on your site?
Every year there is a high demand for villas in Ibiza.
Although the villa might seem to be available, there could’ve been a booking already made, before the system can refresh.
Sometimes a villa that seems to be booked, can be free again due to a cancelation.
That’s why it is crucial to check first with me to see if your desired villa is available and I reserve it for you.
You’ll get a payment link to safely book your villa.
Boats
I want to book a boat trip. How does it work?
You decide on a boat trip on my page and I’ll reserve your desired tour.
If the trip is not available, I’ll give you another, similar option you can decide on.
You’re required to pay a deposit via Stripe to secure your booking.
You decide if you want to pay in full or pay the rest in cash before onboarding the boat.
You’ll meet with one of the staff at the port and they’ll guide you to your boat.
All that’s left is to enjoy the boat!
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No. You can’t bring your own food or drinks.
You have a basic drinks package included but can always upgrade your drinks and snack package.

What types of boats are available for rental?
On my site, there’s only a small selection of boats shown.
From self driving one (only a driver’s license needed) to a Yacht or Catamaran – everything is possible!
